Draw winner scoops £2,000 pension scheme survey prize

A former Press Computer Systems accounts supervisor has won £2,000 in cash after she filled out a survey for the Star Group Pension Scheme.

Mrs Marilyn Jobson collected her prize after she was picked from more than 380 entrants.

Around 500 Star Group Pension members were asked to complete health questionnaires as part of research into the scheme membership.

Lucky Mrs Jobson's name was picked out of the hat by chairman of trustees Graham Evers.

She said: "I was really pleased to win as I've hardly ever won anything before.

"I'm hoping to put the money towards an operation for my dog Peggy."

Mrs Jobson worked for PCS from 1986 until 1998.

Mr Evers presented the prize at the headquarters of the Midland News Association.

He said: "I would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey, the results of which we hope will allow us to be more accurate in our planning for the scheme.

"We appreciate the fantastic response from 75% of people who were contacted.

"The questionnaires are being processed by a third party research company before their findings are presented back."
